The Microfilter CRT has a full 18-inch viewing area, with a .28mm dot pitch, semi-tint Invar shadow mask and anti-static screen treatment to reduce dust buildup. Moreover, it is coated to deflect 90 per cent of the light which hits the screen. A feature that sets the A900 apart is its Microfilter CRT. This technology places a filter within the CRT with clear glass on the exterior, instead of a filter applied solely to the exterior. This yields higher contrast, a brighter picture and more vivid colors for enhanced viewing of text and graphics.
