Using COMPEX iWavePort PCMCIA Cards like WL11, WL11A or WL11A+ enables the broadband router to become an access point for all wireless clients. Advanced features included in the NetPassage 16A are Virtual Server, Time-Based management, Static Address Translation, VOIP and VPN pass through for PPTP and IPsec, DHCP Server, Firmware Upgrade, Backup Modem, NAT and SPI firewall and Internet Content Filtering. Its scalability and fail-over featured in the unique Parallel Broadband gives an ultimate broadband experience to all home or office users. Allowing them to expand the broadband services and ensuring that Internet access remains online throughout even when there is a failed Internet connectivity. Its secure gateway firewall like NAT conserve expensive public IP addresses while hiding users from outside probes.
