The DSSS data signals are extremely resistant to noise, interference, jamming and unauthorized monitoring. In addition, all users must identify themselves with the same system ID. Users with particularly sensitive data can enable the built-in Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) feature, which further encrypts the signal and requires an identical security key at both ends of the transmission. In short, as compared with an Ethernet LAN, ZoomAir Wireless Networking data security is in no way compromised.
