This is the original Patented Riparius INT100 handset in the full retail box version. These are brand new, and you are buying direct from the manufacturer.
Since 1996, Riparius has been producing and shipping this unit (under several brand names) for uses as diverse as medical transcription, emergency communications, and, of course , Internet Telephony.
The INT100 series handsets simply plug into your speaker and microphone jack on your pc for the simplest possible setup.
There are no USB power or driver issues, no second set of audio mixers to adjust, and all you have to do is set your volumes for record and playback (talking and listening on VOIP). If your PC works with a standard headset, it will work with the INT100.
Note: some early IBM Thinkpads (pre 2001) did not work with any standard microphone.
