The Aurora Aries Multiport PCI-bus asynchronous communications controller is offered in an eight and sixteen port version enabling multiple serial devices to be interfaced from one PCI-bus expansion slot. It supports asynchronous data transfer rates up to 115.2 kbps, full duplex, simultaneously on all ports. It is ideal for connecting data entry terminals, instrumentation, analog and ISDN modem banks, and for applications including Internet access, remote access, and real-time data feeds.
