SmartStrap is a compact, battery-powered cable test and remote strapping device. It is designed to help a single technician identify, test and qualify multiple pairs via remote control. SmartStrap can accommodate up to 100 pairs. Commands are executed through standard DTMF tones from a test or dial set, and SmartStrap answers back with easy-to-understand voice responses in one of four languages. Select from 14 discrete tones and 3- and 10-tone sweeps for uncovering transmission problems. A flat spectrum 100-tone test permits fast response analysis. Test access is achieved through universal or custom front tap shoes for fast and convenient attachment to various frames or blocks. Thanks to its compact size, it's easy to secure the SmartStrap inside a pedestal or crossbox.This Wideband SmartStrap kit includes SmartStrap, carry bag, AC and DC charging cords and Wideband 4-pair expansion module.
