The D-Link DP-100 print server helps efficiently manage the flow of print jobs from your network, so file servers and workstations are free from printing tasks. You can use it where printers are concentrated in the same location, connecting to as many as three printers at one time, thus eliminating the need for dedicated print server PCs.
The D-Link DP100 comes equipped with two high-speed parallel ports, and one serial port that transmits at up to 115.2 Kbps. Parallel ports support HP PJL (Printer Job Language) for printer management protocol, allowing bidirectional network printer communication that provides the administrator with critical information about the network printers. The DP-100 also offers one combo auto-sensing 10Base-T/BNC port.
