Lantronix EPS2 universal print servers are ideal for network-enabling printers in multiprotocol environments. The EPS2 offers one serial and two parallel ports, allowing it to support up to three printers on the network. The EPS2 comes standard with a 10BASE-T and an AUI Ethernet port for network connection.The EPS2 can provide print services to TCP/IP, IPX, AppleTalk/EtherTalk, NetBIOS/NetBEUI and DEC LAT users and comes with software for easy configuration from a Novell or Unix, or Windows 95/98/NT station. In addition, it features Flash ROM for free network-based software updates.
