This gives users the ability to create independent network segments with the change of a cable. In addition, each port supports IEEE 802.3X Flow Control for Full-Duplex operation and Back-Pressure support for Half-Duplex operation. These technologies are your best protection against data packet loss. Each TP port is Auto-Negotiation equipped and capable of Bridging 100Mbps segments with 10Mbps segments.
