Added memory will increase printer - sharing performance especially in environments where print jobs can be large.PRODUCT FEATURES: Fully automatic printer sharing, no manual switching. Expand buffer memory to 4MB with a 30-pin SIMM chip (Part # F1T028). Does not require power supply or software to operate. Electronic design is much safer than mechanical switchboxes. Please note: this switch is not a bitronics switch and will not support IEEE 1284.
