The D-Link DSH-8 is a Dual Speed eight-port Ethernet/Fast Ethernet hub with 10/100Mb NWay auto-sensing on each port. It is specifically designed for small office needs, striking a crucial balance between ease of use and performance. As a stand-alone solution, it can be quickly integrated into a existing Ethernet networks to allow migration to Fast Ethernet, or used out of the box to start a new Fast Ethernet or Ethernet network. Integrated 10/100Mb switching allows the DSH-8 to translate between Ethernet and Fast Ethernet devices. Migration from Ethernet to Fast Ethernet requires no installation of new hubs, no re-connection of hub ports and no change of wiring.
