ADDTRON'S AES-820TX ExpSwitch and AES-1620TX ExpSwitch are 10/100Mbps switching hubs. They are designed for 8/16 10Mbps and 2 100 Mbps port all-in-one hubs. The hub provides an auto-negotiation function based on the latest store-and-forward approach, instead of traditional cut-through approach, to filter long pockets and runts. With this technology, AES-820TX and AES-1620TX permit packet forwarding and filtering at full wire speed of 148,800 packs/sec on 100 Mbps ports and speed of 14,880 packs/sec on 10 Mbps ports. Also, the robust design increases the aggregate bandwidth up to 280 and 360 Mbps respectively. ADDTRON'S AES-820TX and AES-1620TX 10/100 Mbps switching hubs come with 8 and 16 RJ- 45 10Mbps ports respectively, and 2 RJ-45 10/100 Mbps ports, totalling 10 and 18 RJ-45 connectors respectively. Furthermore, there are 2 crossover push buttons on the front panel (10 Mbps at the 8th port and 100Mbps at the 1st port). The hub fully complies with the IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3u standards.
