Each port can be connected to either a 10BASE-T or 100BASE-TX device. The port automatically senses the speed of the attached device and directs the traffic to the appropriate segment, and the internal switch supports communications between the 10 and 100 Mbps segments. WhatÂs more, the hubs are cascadable, so you can grow your network by cascading another Class II hub to any one of the front-panel ports.
