Asant� offers a full line of IEEE 802.3 compliant Ethernet transceivers for connecting computers, workstations and other peripherals with an AUI port to a 10BaseT, 10Base2 or 10BaseF Ethernet network. These compact Mini MAUs will plug directly onto the back of your PC, Macintosh or any other networking device with a MAU interface, eliminating unwieldy cabling. They even slide right into the recessed MAU slots of the Asant�Hub 2072's dual height 10BaseT and 10BaseF repeater modules. Without protruding from the front of the 2072, the Mini MAUs provide uplinks to unshielded twisted-pair, thin and fiber-optic network backbones. With multiple LEDs for viewing connectivity status at a glance, as well as a switch to turn the SQE signal on or off, the Asant� Mini MAUs deliver seamless network connections.
