XI-300 IEEE 802.11(b) PCMCIA card is a standard PC card that fits into any standard PCMCIA type II slot in a notebook computer. Its 11Mbps data flow gives equivalent Ethernet speed to access corporate network or the Internet in a wireless ISP environment. In addition, there is a detachable antenna version that is specifically designed for system integrator application.XI-300B can share computer resources (Internet, printers and files) through access points. XI-300B can operate in Ad-Hoc mode (Peer-to-Peer networking without access points) or infrastructure mode (Peer-to-Peer networking using an access point).
