Supporting up to 253 (128 wireless) users, the 11g Gateway is designed for small but growing offices, branch offices, and home offices. And because it is Wi-Fi certified, the gateway works with other Wi-Fi compatible equipment.The 3Com OfficeConnect Wireless 11g Cable/DSL Gateway includes many of the IP routing and firewall privacy features of a full-scale router or firewall, at a fraction of the price. Among the multiple robust security features are advanced stateful packet inspection firewall, hacker pattern detection and URL or keyword filtering. 256-bit WPA and 40/64-bit WEP encryption protect the privacy of 11g and 11b wireless transmissions.
