The Compex NetPassage 26G is an IEEE 802.11g wireless broadband router featuring PRISM Nitro technology. With Prism Nitro technology, wireless networks can achieve up to 50% higher throughput in pure wireless "G" networks and 300% increased throughput in mixed-mode environments. This feature-rich wireless broadband router allows configuration of advanced features using an easy-to-use web managed interface. Advanced features of the NetPassage 26G include the support of Virtual Servers, Time-Based management, Static Address Translation, VPN pass-through for PPTP and IPsec tunneling traffic, DHCP Server, Parallel Broadband, Pseudo VLAN, NAT & SPI firewall and URL Filtering. Its secure gateway firewall uses NAT technology to conserve expensive public IP addresses while hiding users from the WAN. At the next level, using SPI firewall allows the administrator to restrict and monitor the Internet traffic flow into the private network.
