SIIG offers dual channel Ultra ATA/100 PCI controller designed for today's space constrained systems. It conforms to UltraATA/100 specification with full backward support for Ultra ATA/66/33, EIDE/Fast ATA-2 IDE and ATAPI devices. Bus mastering reduces I/O processing load on CPU to increase the system performance. This controller auto-detects device type and fine tunes to the best performance for each connected IDE/ATAPI device, and achieves high-speed data transfer rates up to 100 MB/sec and supports drive capacities up to 128 GB.
